This is the Rulebook for the HORC in General. If things get changed or updated it will be posted here and a e-mail will be sent out to you all.
If you have any questions or suggestions then please could you post them Here

    Overall Rulebook for HORC

    The Serious Stuff

    Racing Etiquette
    - Racing within the “HORC” is fair and clean, and we expect all our members to be the same in all series and races.

    Rule Following
    - The rules stated in all series must be adhered to at all times, and failure to do so will result in a disqualified result, or in extreme circumstances, a series or even a “HORC” temporary or permanent ban.
    - If a car is suspected of being illegal, it may be requested by race organisers for investigation.

    Licence Application
    - You have to apply for a Race Licence to be able to race in the HORC
    - You have to receive Two Signatures, to sign-off your licence. This can only be done by the HORC Clerks and HORC Moderators.
    - You can still sign-u to series without having all three signatures.
    - You should have received all your signatures before your first race.

    Championship Information
    - Every championship has a drivers and teams championship (where applicable). Points scored in races are dependant on number of entries. Available points are made available before championships begin, as will the race calendar.
    - Race formats will be organised in the majority, of a qualifying session for each race followed by the race itself (unless otherwise stated), in which points are scored on the results.
    - Race organisers word is final, and when decisions are made they must be followed.

    Eligibility To Race
    - Cars must have a clearly visible numberbox on their car with their race number in it. They have to have one on each side on the car. Under the front window and also on the on the right hand side of the bonnet. We would also like you to run the window banner.(All this can be collected on PLOW Champions Storefront)
    - Each team must have a maximum of 3 drivers per-team, and the team must all run the same race livery. You can also run as a privateer.
    - Teams must register their team information before the series starts, including the Team name, drivers and car choice from the selection given.
    - Cars must adhere to the rules stated by each series.
    - The start of each session and race will be clearly available well in advance, and if not arrived before the start of it, it will begin without you. Being available 10 mins before race start is strongly recommended.

    Lobby Settings
    - Traction Control: OPIONAL
    - Antilock brakes: OPIONAL
    - Stability: OFF
    - Damage: Will be different for each series
    - Collisions: DEFAULT
    - Autobrake not allowed
    - Everything else is your choice

    Safety Cars
    - Should 3 or more be involved in a collision, the safety maybe called.
    - The safety car is the person in the lead, and if called, must slow down to allow competitors to catch-up.
    - If repairs for anyone is needed, they must be allowed to pit and catchup the back of the pack.
    - When in safety car mode you will be aloud to max out in 2nd Gear this will allow no-one to jump the restarts.
    - Once it is clear and all the racers are caught up and in single file, the lead car can floor it whenever they like, but have to have a count down...3...2...1...GO!

    The Other Stuff
    - You have to have a mic plugged in, it doesn't have to be on but as long as you can hear us that is ok. This is due to have a restart after a safety car, people get a little confused.
    - Common sense will always prevail!!
    - Suggestions and ideas to help or improve anything will always be listened to and actioned one way or the other
    - Have some damn good fun
    - We exspect a high driver standered, to produce some awsome racing. We dont want the series ruined due to members punting each other off, we are all here for the same thing so lets get the job done, and the job done cleanly and professional!
    - When a member applies for a Application, they have to recieve 3 Signed Signatures from the Admins or Moderators.
